This industrial metal floor grate is a versatile miniature workshop accessory for detailed dioramas, model-making scenes and tabletop settings. This flat floor piece adds a realistic detail to mechanics’ workshops, industrial interiors and convincing workshop floors.
The elongated, rectangular floor grate has a very low profile and narrow, slightly irregular edges. Its suggested openwork or recessed grid pattern resembles a flush-mounted cover, drain or walkway grate, and can be seamlessly integrated into a diorama floor.

- 1:18: The industrial metal floor grate adds a striking floor detail to large-scale miniature rooms, interior scenes and collector’s display cases.
- 1:20: In dioramas, specialist model-making projects or detailed collector’s display cases, the floor grate adds an industrial touch.
- 1:22,5 - Spur 2: The metal floor grate makes a small scenic detail for garden railway scenes, Gauge II dioramas and landscape layouts.
- 1:24 - Spur H: Dollhouses and miniature rooms gain a fitting detail for their interior scenes with this miniature.

The support structures remain on the figures for safe transport. These can be removed with fine pliers or carefully by hand. The figures can be gently heated with a hair dryer to facilitate release. Further information can be found in the FAQs .
