Processing time

Normally 4–6 business days; marked large terrain models approx. 1–2 weeks. Shipping time is additional and depends on the destination country.

Delivery time may vary depending on the chosen shipping method.

Important notice on delivery countries (PPWR)

The EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR), Regulation (EU) 2025/40, applies from 12. August 2026. Due to the associated requirements for extended producer responsibility, we can currently only accept orders to delivery addresses in Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland. Other delivery countries are temporarily not available in checkout.

Shipping to Germany

Shipping within Germany is carried out by DHL/Deutsche Post with tracking. For orders with a value of 60,00€ or more, delivery is free of charge. For orders below this value, shipping costs of 4,99€ apply.

Shipping to available European delivery countries

We currently deliver to Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain. Shipping is carried out with DHL/Deutsche Post and tracking. For orders with a value of 100,00€ or more, delivery is free of charge. For an order value between 60,00€ and 99,99€, 4,99€ applies. For an order value below 60,00€, shipping costs of 9,99€ apply.

Shipping to Switzerland

Shipping to Switzerland is carried out by DHL/Deutsche Post with tracking. For orders with a value of 150,00€ or more, delivery is free of charge. For an order value between 100,00€ and 149,99€, 4,99€ applies. For an order value between 60,00€ and 99,99€, 9,99€ applies. For an order value below 60,00€, shipping costs of 14,99€ apply.
