Delivery time

After we receive your order, we usually print and ship your figures within four to six business days.

Delivery time may vary depending on the selected shipping method.

Shipping within Germany

Shipping within Germany is carried out by DHL/Deutsche Post with tracking. For orders with a value of 60,00€ or more, delivery is free of charge. For orders below this value, a shipping fee of 4,99€ applies.

Shipping within the EU

Shipping within the EU is carried out by DHL/Deutsche Post with tracking. For orders with a value of 100,00€ or more, delivery is free of charge. For an order value between 60,00€ and 99,99€, a fee of 4,99€ applies. For orders under 60,00€, 9,99€ shipping costs apply.

Shipping to Switzerland

Shipping to Switzerland is carried out by DHL/Deutsche Post with tracking. For orders with a value of 150,00€ or more, delivery is free of charge. For an order value between 100,00€ and 149,99€, a fee of 4,99€ applies. For an order value between 60,00€ and 99,99€, 9,99€ applies. For orders under 60,00€, 14,99€ shipping costs apply.
