The Goblin King on Armored Bulette is a fantasy miniature featuring a goblin rider on a massive, four-legged mount. The rider sits astride the creature, leaning slightly forward, while the creature adopts a battle-ready stance with its head lowered and legs spread wide.

The Goblin King holds a large axe at his side, with a broad, irregularly serrated blade, and grips the rope reins with his other hand. His gear includes a pointed helmet with a long nose guard, studded shoulder plates, arm guards, and forearm wraps. A neckerchief, a wide belt with a buckle, and hanging fabric panels complete his clothing. Long ears that stick out to the sides, adorned with several earrings, and a wide-open mouth showing sharp teeth define his face.

The mount has a long, wedge-shaped head, powerful clawed feet, and a curved tail. Angular armor plates and spikes cover its head and back; a knotted rope harness wraps around its head.
