The Type B street hydrant is a distinctive diorama piece for urban street scenes, model city layouts and tabletop scenery. This miniature hydrant adds a convincing infrastructure detail to pavements, roadsides, squares and detailed miniature worlds.
The model depicts a freestanding, cylindrical hydrant with a wide base, bolted-on pedestal and distinctive reinforcing rings. Side connection outlets with round covers, a large toothed front cap and a domed hood with an operating fitting give it a sculptural, technical look.
