This three-pronged pitchfork is a distinctive farm tool for rural dioramas and detailed model scenes. As a rustic diorama kitchen accessory, it adds a convincing piece of work equipment to a miniature kitchen with an adjoining farmyard, stable area or pantry.
The long, straight handle leads to a sturdy head with three slightly spread, pointed tines. This makes the fork look like a simple tool for loosening, lifting or moving hay, soil and stable materials. It makes a convincing accent beside a barn, against a farmyard wall, in a country kitchen scene or as a tool set aside in a dining scene.
The scale selection allows it to be used effectively in a range of dioramas, model scenes and collector displays:
- At scale 1:18, the piece is ideal for large-format miniature rooms, interior scenes and collector displays.
- 1:20 can be used in dioramas, specialty model building and detailed collector displays.
- 1:22,5 is a suitable size for dioramas, model scenes and display cabinets.
- 1:24 is well suited to dollhouses, miniature rooms and detailed interior scenes.
- 1:32 is a good choice for dioramas, model scenes and display cabinets.
- 1:35: Suitable for classic dioramas, plastic model building and detailed model scenes.
The model-making piece is supplied unpainted and can be customised to suit the scene. The pitchfork is a decorative standalone piece for dioramas, model making, tabletop scenery or display cabinets. Not a toy.
