This large cable reel is a striking diorama detail for construction sites, roadworks and urban model scenes. As a model-making accessory, it adds realism to storage areas, cordoned-off work zones or utility scenes, and makes a sturdy focal point in a diorama.
The piece features a cylindrical drum with two round side plates and a distinctly grooved winding surface made of individual cross slats. The central axle mount, with its square plate and visible fasteners, gives the miniature a functional, handcrafted look.
