The rectangular window frame for a field shelter adds a simple facade element that you can customize to dioramas and architectural models. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22.5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35 and suits a variety of miniature and model-building worlds.
This flat component has a wide, straight outer border and a large open center. It features no muntins, hardware or glazing details. Its understated shape leaves room for custom painting and weathering and works as a window opening for makeshift-looking shelters in a military or landscape scene.
The following ideas show how the frame can fit into different model-building settings at each scale:
- 1:18: As a window opening in an improvised shelter at the edge of a military diorama, beside a field camp.
- 1:20: As a facade detail on a remote landscape building in an architectural miniature setting.
