This cable reel with cable is a distinctive diorama prop for construction sites, service yards and urban street scenes. As a practical model-making accessory, it adds a believable technical detail to work areas and creates a convincing focal point in a tabletop setting.
This ground-level scene features a large, cylindrical cable reel with broad side flanges and tightly wound cable. A short cable end protrudes from the side of the coil, giving the miniature a lively, ready-for-use appearance. The support structures remain on the figures for safe transport. These can be removed with fine pliers or carefully by hand. The figures can be gently heated with a hair dryer to facilitate release. Further information can be found in the FAQs .
