This animal figure depicts an Asian lion in the midst of a long yawn. The male animal with its powerful mane stands on all four paws; the front legs are extended and parallel, with one hind leg set slightly back. Its head is stretched forward and upward, mouth wide open—with tongue and teeth visible—while the tail hangs loosely and ends in a gently curved tip. A calm, natural pose without movement, ideal for realistically depicting in-between moments in animal life.

The miniature is an unpainted animal figure for dioramas, model making and collections. It is equally suitable for display cases or as a standalone painting project. Available in 1:18, 1:20, 1:22.5, 1:24, 1:32, 1:35, 1:43, 1:48, 1:50 and 1:64 scales, it blends seamlessly into a wide range of scenes—from large wildlife displays to compact landscape dioramas.

  • Realistic proportions and finely sculpted details on the mane, lips and tongue
  • Unpainted; ready for priming, washes and drybrushing
  • Suitable for dioramas, model scenes, display bases or display cases
  • Versatile combination options with figures, vehicles and vegetation in matching scales

Thanks to its neutral, calm stance, the lion can be convincingly integrated into resting or territory scenes, as a standalone eye-catcher or alongside other wildlife. Its clear silhouette and detailed head shape make it a rewarding subject for fine highlights and lively shading.

Please note: This miniature is a collector's and hobby item, not a children's toy. Suitable for adult model makers and collectors looking to enhance their projects with an authentic wildlife figure.
