This category features unpainted, 3D printed animal figures from Animal Den Miniatures from the Urban Wildlife Vol.2 release. The resin miniatures are intended as blanks for naturalistic miniature scenes and fit organically into diorama, model making and model railway layouts. Urban and suburban motifs are in the foreground and can be painted and staged in fine detail.
The characters work particularly well in small, everyday scenes: a tanuki next to a garden lantern on the front yard path, a coyote elegantly jumping over a fence, or a hedgehog crossing a driveway. Even stronger moments, such as a bear rummaging through a garbage can, can be told as a short episode at the edge of the track or in a display case and give a system characterful, realistic accents.
Typical figures such as the lying coyote, a tanuki raccoon dog next to a lantern, climbing European hedgehogs or a black bear destroying a garbage can create scenes without an intrusive presence. The miniatures complement dioramas, system construction and collector's display cases and are suitable for H0 systems as well as for finer 1:32 dioramas or garden railway projects.
