The elongated sandbag from MyPortal Studios adds a versatile diorama detail to defensive positions, trenches, and military dioramas. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35, and is suitable for display on its own or in combination with additional sandbags.
The shape has flattened sides and softly rounded ends. Suggested folds and seam areas, along with a textured surface reminiscent of coarse fabric, define its appearance. It can be displayed as an individual sandbag, a piece of stored equipment, or part of a constructed sandbag barrier.
Depending on the scale, the sandbag can enhance a variety of scenes. The following examples suggest suitable placements for model-making:
- 1:18: As part of a fortified position at the edge of a military diorama in a collector's display cabinet.
- 1:20: Beside a trench in a miniature setting as a small detail in a defensive position.
- 1:22,5: At the transition between a path and an embankment in a garden railway landscape model scene.
- 1:24: Stacked beside makeshift cover in a military diorama with model vehicles.
- 1:32: At the entrance to a field camp in a Gauge 1 landscape, as an addition to a defensive position.
- 1:35: Along a section of trench in a vehicle diorama, placed on its own or as part of a barrier.
You will receive an unpainted physical model-making object, not an STL download. The design is by MyPortal Studios; the sandbag is not a toy. The suggested settings and additional scene accessories are not included.

Product Notes
The support structures remain on the figures for safe transport. These can be removed with fine pliers or carefully by hand. The figures can be gently heated with a hair dryer to facilitate release. Further information can be found in the FAQs .
