The diorama sandbag by MyPortal Studios adds a versatile detail to defensive positions and other military scenes for dioramas and model-making. The elongated piece can be placed on its own or arranged as part of a low barrier or stacked position. The model is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22.5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35.
The shape depicts a softly bulging, slightly flattened sandbag with suggested folds and seam edges. The visible compression gives the subject a worn, irregular appearance. The design shows a single sandbag, suitable for a variety of arrangements in a defensive position.
Depending on the scale, the sandbag can complement different model-making scenes. The following ideas suggest possible placements:
- 1:18: In a military diorama, as a single sandbag beside the entrance to a fortified observation post.
