This meat cut for diorama markets and butcher shops adds a convincing detail to urban market scenes, kitchen areas and storage displays. The compact model-making accessory works as a miniature item of stock for market stalls, shop counters or busy street scenes.
Its irregularly elongated, wedge-shaped form resembles a thick piece of coarse muscle meat. Heavily rippled and fibrous surfaces with organic recesses create a realistic three-dimensional appearance, while one side is designed as a comparatively smooth cut surface. This allows the single piece to be used specifically as merchandise, stored goods or a display item in a butcher shop or market scene.
