The “Entrance Door with Frame” diorama building detail from MyPortal Studios adds a distinctive entrance to house façades, storefronts and interior backdrops. The separate door fits into the profiled frame. This unpainted decorative object is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35.
The upper part of the door features glazing with rectangular muntined panes. Below it is a solid, profiled door leaf; a small door handle and keyhole are detailed at the side. Multiple layers of molding define the frame and set the doorway apart from the surrounding wall.
Depending on the scale, this building detail can be placed in a variety of model-making settings:
- 1:18: As the entrance to a small workshop in a garage diorama, directly on the back wall beside the work area.
- 1:20: As the entrance to a historic home in an architectural model, centered in the street-facing façade.
- 1:22,5: As the door of a rural station building on a garden railway, on the platform side near the waiting room.
- 1:24: As the entrance to a dollhouse room, set into an interior wall between the hallway and living area.
