Wood Fey, Tree Golem, Wood Elemental - this fantasy miniature from Rescale Miniatures depicts a humanoid creature made of wood, crouching and leaning forward. One step has already been taken, arms spread wide, claw-like fingers pointing down as if to charge forward and grasp an opponent. The body appears to be shaped from bark: wrinkled, layered plates on the solid torso, deep fiber structures, and twisted branch lines cover the entire surface. Thorn-like or crown-shaped protrusions sit atop the head, framing sharply defined, animal-like facial features. Broad, backward-curving shoulder horns or branches enhance the silhouette. The long, bony fingers end in sharp claws; the stout, root-like legs bear thorny toes. Everything about this tabletop figure remains connected to nature and wild - without armor or fabric.
