The Scorpion Rider is a fantasy miniature featuring an armoured giant scorpion and a mounted warrior. In the “Armoured with Rider” version, the scorpion stands low to the ground in a wide-legged attack stance. Its open pincers are thrust forward, while its long, segmented tail arches over its body, with its forked tip pointing ahead. The warrior sits on its back with bent legs and leans slightly forward.

Overlapping, decorated armour plates cover the mount’s back. Additional armour protects parts of the pincers and tail; pointed head armour with side spikes frames its mouthparts. The rider wears a tall crested helmet, shoulder armour, bracers, and a long, multi-panel loincloth. His skull-like face with its open jaw, the wrappings, and the tattered-looking fabric define his appearance. He holds a long sickle sword with a curved blade in one hand and a dangling chain in the other. Fan-shaped ornaments and raised decorations complete the armour. The oval base features uneven terrain with rocks.
