The electrical distribution box by MyPortal Studios adds a distinctive technical detail to dioramas and model scenes. This unpainted decorative object is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35 and works as a focal point or as part of a technical area.
The solid rectangular housing features a clearly structured interior with two side-by-side fuse or switch modules. A separate back panel or cover with vertical openings completes the assembly. Its detailed design makes the box a fitting feature for field facilities, workshops and other settings with technical infrastructure.
Depending on the scale, the distribution box can be staged in different locations as part of a cohesive scene:
- 1:18: On the wall of a garage diorama, beside a workshop bay as a technical detail in a model car scene.
- 1:20: At the edge of a street diorama setting, near a supply area between a building wall and sidewalk.
- 1:22,5: Beside a small garden railway operations building, as an infrastructure detail at a remote station.
- 1:24: In a miniature room, on the wall of a utility or service area beside a simple work surface.
- 1:32: At the edge of a military diorama, placed beside a field building as part of an improvised supply scene.
- 1:35: On the exterior wall of a workshop setting in a vehicle diorama, near a maintenance area for military equipment.
This is an unpainted model-making object, not an STL download. The design is by MyPortal Studios; the distribution box is not a toy. Suggested settings and additional scene accessories are not included.
