This diorama accessory from MyPortal Studios depicts a fallen skeletal warrior and makes a storytelling focal point for military and landscape dioramas as well as other model scenes. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22.5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35.
The scene includes a skull, rib cage, and pelvis, along with separately rendered arms and legs with hands, feet, and joints. An oval shield with a central boss, several discarded swords, and a small chest with fittings and a lock complete the scene. The individual shapes lend themselves to a quiet ground scene in which the warrior’s equipment appears to have been left behind.
Depending on the scale, the accessory can be incorporated into a model landscape in different ways. The following ideas show possible scenes and specific placements:
- 1:18: For a fantasy military diorama, place the warrior and his equipment at the edge of an abandoned campsite beside a path.
- 1:20: Create a discovery site in an overgrown ruin, with the oval shield near a collapsed section of wall.
- 1:22.5: Create a remote discovery site at the edge of an embankment in a garden railway landscape, away from the station and tracks.
- 1:24: Depict the scene in a ship diorama as a hidden relic in a rocky coastal cave, with the small chest beside the skeleton.
- 1:32: Create an old battlefield at the foot of a rocky outcrop in a landscape diorama, arranging the swords beside it.
- 1:35: Place it in a military diorama as an archaeological discovery site at the edge of an ancient ruin field, with the shield visible among the rubble.
You will receive an unpainted model-making piece based on a design by MyPortal Studios. It is not a toy. The suggested settings and other scene accessories are not included.
