The wind-driven roof ventilator is an unpainted decorative object for building, architectural and model-making settings. It adds a technical accent to roofs and outdoor areas and is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35.

At its center is a dome-shaped rotor with numerous vertical fins. Beneath it is a short, ridged neck that transitions into a flat square base with chamfered edges. Visible fasteners emphasize the practical, technical design of a roof ventilator. The surface details clearly define each component and make it a striking feature on a building model.

Depending on the scale, the ventilator can be incorporated into a variety of model-making settings. These suggestions show possible scenes and specific places for this building detail:

  • 1:18: On the roof of a small workshop in a garage diorama, beside the roof edge as a technical focal point.
  • 1:20: As a rooftop detail on a modern architectural model, centered on the flat roof of a compact commercial building.
  • 1:22,5: On the roof of a station building in a garden railway scene, near the ridge as an accent above the platform.
  • 1:24: On a dollhouse roof, above a miniature room with a workshop or studio theme.
  • 1:32: As a rooftop structure on a rural farm building in a Gauge 1 landscape diorama, clearly visible on the gable end.
  • 1:35: On the roof of a workshop hall in a vehicle diorama scene, above the workshop area as a technical building detail.

This unpainted model-making object was designed by MyPortal Studios and is not a toy. The suggested settings and additional scene accessories are not included.
