The market crate filled with goods by MyPortal Studios adds a compact display of merchandise to market, storage and transport dioramas. This decorative object is available for model building in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35, and is ideal for bringing shelves, sales stalls and other miniature settings to life.

The crate has solid sides, slightly rounded edges and a wide handhold at the front. Several rounded containers or pieces of merchandise rise from the top, making the miniature look appropriately stocked. The visible shapes and surfaces evoke a crate of goods ready for transport or storage.

Depending on the scale, the crate can fit into a variety of model-building worlds. These suggestions show where it can work especially well as part of a scene:

  • 1:18: In a garage diorama, place the market crate beside a workbench or against the wall of a small storage area.
  • 1:20: In a miniature street scene, add it to the stack of goods beneath the sales table at a market stall.

Product Notes

The support structures remain on the figures for safe transport. These can be removed with fine pliers or carefully by hand. The figures can be gently heated with a hair dryer to facilitate release. Further information can be found in the FAQs .
