The upholstered loveseat by MyPortal Studios is a detailed furnishing for dioramas, miniature rooms, and model-making scenes. It creates a cozy focal point in settings such as a living room, a lounge, or a furnished ship’s cabin. The sofa is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35.
The wide seat is designed with two separate cushions, topped by a high, softly padded-looking backrest with several loosely arranged cushions. Rounded armrests with piped edges and slightly irregular upholstery shapes emphasize its fabric-like appearance. These design details give the piece a distinctive presence, even in a compact miniature interior.
Depending on the scale, the sofa can be incorporated into a variety of model-making settings. The following suggestions show suitable scenes and possible placements:
- 1:18: As seating in a garage diorama, placed in the corner of a small collector’s lounge next to the workshop.
- 1:20: In a miniature setting, it forms the focal point of a living room and can be placed against an interior wall.
- 1:22,5: For a railway station scene, it can be placed against the back wall as seating in a small waiting room.
- 1:24: In a dollhouse, it complements the living room furnishings, for example in front of a window or against an empty wall.
- 1:32: As a detail in a ship diorama, it can stand in a cabin against the wall opposite the entrance.
- 1:35: In a workshop scene, it adds a cozy contrast when placed in an adjoining break room.
You will receive an unpainted physical model-making item designed by MyPortal Studios. The sofa is not a toy; it is intended as a decorative furnishing for model-making and dioramas. The suggested settings and additional scene accessories are not included.
