The dismounted car tire from MyPortal Studios adds a distinctive workshop detail to dioramas and modeling scenes. This unpainted decorative piece is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35 and can be depicted as a spare tire, removed vehicle part, or stored workshop material.
The flat shape is defined by a broad, rounded sidewall. At the center is a prominent wheel opening with a stepped inner recess. Several circumferential rows of angular tread blocks and longitudinal grooves detail the tire surface and give the piece a technical look. It works equally well as a visible workshop part or as a parked tire in an automotive scene.
Depending on the scale, there are various places and settings where it can be used. The following suggestions show how the tire can fit into different modeling worlds:
