This lidded ceramic jug is a decorative miniature for carefully arranged kitchen, dining, and rural dioramas. It makes an eye-catching detail on a table, kitchen shelf, or in a model-making display case, and is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35.
The jug has a rounded base and a slightly narrowed neck. Its wide, flat lid features concentric ridges; the irregular trim around the edge recalls folded fabric or foliage. The hand-formed-looking surface has a matte ceramic appearance and suits this miniature cookware to a rural kitchen scene.
Depending on the scale, the jug can be featured in different places within a miniature setting:
- 1:18: On a kitchen shelf beside other cookware in a miniature room, adding a homely detail to a collector’s display case.
- 1:20: On a set table inside a country house, as an eye-catching detail in an architectural model.
- 1:22,5: On a counter in the kitchen of a country station, as a fitting detail for a garden railway scene.
- 1:24: On the table in a dollhouse kitchen, surrounded by other miniature cookware.
- 1:32: On a shelf in a rural station room, as a small feature in a Gauge 1 landscape diorama.
- 1:35: On a table in the kitchen of a historical farmhouse, as an addition to a plastic modeling scene.
You will receive an unpainted model-making object designed by MyPortal Studios. It is not a toy. The suggested settings and additional scene accessories are not included.
