The “Ship Steward with Passenger List” miniature figure depicts a neatly dressed steward or harbour attendant wearing a jacket, smart trousers, a peaked cap and shoes. In a slightly welcoming pose, the model holds a passenger list or ticket book in front of his waist and looks attentively down to the right. A fitting subject for dioramas and scale modelling.
The figure is suitable for historical travel and everyday scenes from the 1920s to the 1930s. It fits especially well on a pier, by a gangway or in a harbour scene, for example while checking names or directing arriving passengers. This adds more life to maritime travel scenes.
