The steel crowd-control barrier from MyPortal Studios adds a distinctive detail for depicting crowds and restricted areas in street, city, and infrastructure dioramas. It is suitable for model building and miniature settings in the available scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35.
The elongated barrier features a rectangular frame with evenly spaced horizontal and vertical bars. A smooth panel is set into the center and can be customized with paint or signage. Side feet with widened bases complete its practical, functional design. It works well as a road barrier, around an event area, or to mark off an entrance.
The following scale examples show possible settings and placements for the crowd-control barrier:
- 1:18: In a garage diorama, the barrier can mark off an area beside a workshop driveway.
- 1:20: In an architectural model scene, it can be placed at the entrance to a city setting under construction.
- 1:22,5: In a garden railway station scene, it can separate a spectator area on the platform from an event space.
- 1:24: In a dollhouse or miniature setting, it works as a barrier outside the entrance to a small event venue.
- 1:32: On a Slotcar racetrack, the barrier can represent a spectator area along the track at the edge of a bend.
- 1:35: In a vehicle diorama workshop scene, it can be set up in front of a restricted repair area.
The crowd-control barrier is an unpainted model-building object designed by MyPortal Studios. It is not a toy. Depicted or suggested settings and additional scene accessories are not included.
