The public street waste bin from MyPortal Studios adds a distinctive detail to city, street, and architectural models, enhancing sidewalks, squares, and entrance areas. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35 and makes a great addition to dioramas and model scenes.
The model depicts a tall, rectangular bin with softly rounded edges, a slightly projecting front flap, and a small lock or handle detail. The sloped, overhanging lid has an opening at the back; the wide base gives the street furniture a sturdy, permanently installed look. Its clearly defined shape makes it a distinctive feature in any street scene.
The following scale examples show how the waste bin can be incorporated into different model worlds:
- 1:18: As a sidewalk detail beside a workshop entrance in a garage diorama, near the driveway for model cars.
- 1:20: At the edge of a small forecourt in front of a modeled building, as an accent in an architectural model setting.
