The climbing ivy with a stem base by MyPortal Studios is a lifelike decorative element for dioramas and model building. Its spreading growth adds green accents to walls, buildings, or terrain. The model is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35.
Several branching shoots grow from a short, sturdy stem section and carry numerous lobed, pointed leaves. Sculpted midribs and fine vein details give the surface a three-dimensional appearance. Its recognizable plant form is especially suitable as climbing ivy on a wall or as dense greenery along the edge of a landscape scene.
The following suggestions show how the ivy can be incorporated into different model-building worlds to suit each scale:
- 1:18: As a climbing plant on the side wall of an overgrown courtyard setting in a garage diorama.
