The short fence panel by MyPortal Studios adds a clearly defined boundary to dioramas and scale-modeling settings, ideal for paths, yards, or properties. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35, and works as a standalone design element in a range of miniature scenes.
The freestanding panel consists of two sturdy rectangular posts and a straight frame with upper and lower crossbars. Closely spaced vertical bars form a solid-looking, functional barrier. Its simple design makes it a versatile fence for outdoor settings, from enclosing a yard to blocking off a path.
Depending on the scale, the panel can mark a boundary in different parts of a setting or draw the eye into the scene:
- 1:18: As a boundary in front of a workshop scene in a garage diorama, for example beside the access road.
- 1:20: Enclosing a small front garden in an architectural model, along the path to a building.
- 1:22,5: As a boundary along a platform path in a garden railway landscape, between the station and the surrounding area.
- 1:24: As a property boundary in a miniature room setting, beside the path to a dollhouse.
- 1:32: As a barrier beside a farm access road in a Gauge 1 landscape diorama, at the boundary with a field.
- 1:35: As a boundary around a storage area in a vehicle diorama workshop scene, beside the yard entrance.
You will receive an unpainted physical scale-modeling object designed by MyPortal Studios; this is not an STL download. The product is not a toy. Suggested settings and other scene accessories are not included.
