The square wall light from MyPortal Studios adds a distinctive lighting detail to the walls of dioramas and model settings. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35 and works as a decorative feature on facades, in interiors, or in architectural miniature scenes.
The flat, square light housing has a closed front panel with a slightly raised frame and crisp, straight edges. A U-shaped retaining bracket with a small mounting tab connects it to an elongated arm and a square wall mounting plate. Its simple shape and segmented surface create a clean, functional accent.
Depending on the scale, the light can be incorporated into different modeling settings. The following ideas show possible scenes and placements:
- 1:18: As a striking wall feature above the entrance to a garage diorama, complementing a detailed workshop setting.
- 1:20: On the exterior wall of a modern architectural model, such as beside the entrance to a small exhibition building.
- 1:22,5: Placed above a side door on the platform in a garden railway station scene, as a subtle accent in the miniature setting.
- 1:24: On the wall of a dollhouse hallway or small shop entrance, where its square shape complements the interior.
- 1:32: Beside the entrance to a rural station building in a Gauge 1 landscape scene, as an architectural facade detail.
- 1:35: Above a side door in a vehicle diorama workshop, as a clean-lined detail on the building facade.
