The short grid fence panel by MyPortal Studios adds a simple, functional barrier to dioramas and scale-modeling scenes. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35, and can be incorporated as a freestanding landscape detail in a variety of outdoor settings.
Two sturdy side posts with stepped base plates frame the evenly spaced vertical grid bars. The bars extend slightly above the top rail, while two horizontal rails connect the posts. Its clean, solid design suits gardens, parks, and other outdoor settings. The visible grid structure defines its appearance.
Depending on the scale, this panel can complement a range of scale-modeling settings. Here are some ideas for suitable scenes and placements:
- 1:18: As a boundary beside a workshop yard in a garage diorama, right along the edge of the paved work area.
- 1:20: As a short fence section along an access path in an architectural model setting, beside the entrance to a small park.
- 1:22,5: As a boundary around a platform garden in a garden railway landscape, along the footpath behind a bench.
