The “Sandbag Bundle for Fortifications” diorama accessory by MyPortal Studios adds a versatile detail to military dioramas and other modeling scenes. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35 and can be used as stored supplies, a barricade, or protection at a position, depending on your design.

Several filled sandbags are arranged in a natural-looking bundle in different positions. Soft, compressed shapes, detailed creases, and visible seams define the surface. The bags are tied at the ends, with protruding fabric details completing the motif’s distinctive miniature look.

The following scene ideas show how the bundle can fit into different modeling worlds at each scale:

  • 1:18: In a garage diorama, the sandbag bundle can lie beside an improvised workshop barrier at the edge of the scene.
  • 1:20: In an architectural model setting, it can be placed as a protective barrier at the entrance to a damaged building.
  • 1:22,5: For a garden railway landscape, the bundle works as a supply stack beside a small guard post.
  • 1:24: In a ship diorama scene, it can serve as a protective barrier at an access point to the quay, between a building and the waterfront.
  • 1:32: In a landscape diorama scene, the motif can be arranged as cover near a position at the edge of a field road.
  • 1:35: In a vehicle diorama, the bundle can serve as an improvised barrier beside a stopped military vehicle.

This unpainted modeling piece was designed by MyPortal Studios and is not a toy. Suggested settings and additional scene accessories are not included.
