The large ribbed tin can by MyPortal Studios adds a convincing supply detail to storage, market and transport dioramas. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35 and complements model-making scenes centered on kitchens, supplies and provisions.

The design depicts a tall cylindrical can with a closed lid, reinforced upper rim and several circumferential ridges. Its simple industrial shape and ribbed surface create a clear accent among crates, provisions or other elements of a miniature setting.

The following suggestions show how the can can be incorporated into different model-making worlds, depending on the scale:

  • 1:18: In a garage diorama, the supply can stands on a shelf in an improvised workshop kitchen.
  • 1:20: In a miniature setting, it can be placed on a shelf in the supply room of a remote outpost.
  • 1:22,5: In a garden railway station scene, the can can stand beside stacked supplies on the storage platform.
  • 1:24: A dollhouse pantry gains a simple detail with the can on a kitchen shelf.
  • 1:32: In a Gauge 1 landscape diorama, it would fit on the loading area of a small supply depot.
  • 1:35: In a military diorama, the can can be arranged on a crate in the supply area of a field camp.

This unpainted physical model-making object is a decorative item and not a toy. The design is by MyPortal Studios. Suggested settings and other scene accessories are not included; the tin can is supplied.
