The kitchen kettle with spout by MyPortal Studios adds a distinctive everyday detail to kitchen scenes, miniature interiors and themed model-making settings. This unpainted decorative object is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35 and works as a focal point on a table, work surface or shelf in a diorama.

The bulbous kettle has a flattened base and softly rounded sides. A shaped lid with a spherical knob sits on top; a small spout and an upward-curving, rounded-end pourer define its silhouette. Its clearly recognisable shape brings a kitchen kettle to life as a subject and adds a noticeable accent even when unpainted.

The following suggestions show how the kettle can be incorporated into different model-making worlds at various scales:

  • 1:18: As a kitchen utensil on the worktop of a miniature room or garage setting.
  • 1:20: On a kitchen shelf in a rural miniature setting, complemented by a suggested cooking area.
  • 1:22,5: On a table in a station café, as a small detail in a garden railway scene.
  • 1:24: On a dollhouse stove or sideboard, suited to a domestic kitchen scene.
  • 1:32: On a shelf in the galley of a model ship, as a kitchen detail in a ship diorama.
  • 1:35: On a workbench in an improvised field kitchen, as a detail in a vehicle diorama setting.

The kitchen kettle is an unpainted model-making object and is not a toy. The design is by MyPortal Studios. The settings mentioned are suggestions and are not included; additional scene accessories are also not included.
