The shallow clay vessel with a wide opening adds to kitchen, pantry and dining scenes in dioramas and model making. The bulbous ceramic container can be staged as a small basin or as a vessel for holding liquids, provisions and other miniature items. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35.

The round, bulbous body is open at the top and edged with a thick, softly rounded rim that extends all the way around. The smooth interior forms a shallow bowl or small basin. Its simple shape works as a kitchen or dining detail, or as a container in a pantry corner.

Depending on the scale, the vessel can be placed in different locations in a miniature world. The following ideas suggest possible model-making scenes:

  • 1:18: On a work surface in a detailed model kitchen, suitable for a garage diorama with an adjoining living area.
  • 1:20: On a low shelf in an architectural model of a rural kitchen, beside provisions for the everyday scene depicted.
  • 1:22,5: At the edge of a set table in a garden railway station scene, as a small vessel in a working dining room.
  • 1:24: On a kitchen bench in a dollhouse, as a basin for a quiet miniature interior scene.
  • 1:32: On a shelf in the galley of a ship diorama, among the kitchen provisions depicted.
  • 1:35: Beside cookware on a camping table in a vehicle diorama workshop scene with a field camp setting.

The model-making object is supplied unpainted and was designed by MyPortal Studios. It is not a toy. The suggested settings and additional scene accessories are not included.
