The bulbous ceramic jug by MyPortal Studios adds a simple, everyday vessel to dioramas and model scenes. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35 and can be used as a storage or water jug to furnish a miniature kitchen, a set table or another suitable setting.
Its rounded body tapers slightly towards the top and narrows into a slim neck with a broad, shaped rim. The smooth surface has a subtle glazed appearance and a pleasing handmade irregularity. The jug has no handle or other attachments; its simple vessel shape makes it a understated detail for kitchen, dining and everyday scenes.
Depending on the scale, the jug can be placed in different miniature worlds. The following ideas show possible ways to use it when creating your own settings:
- 1:18: As a water jug on a kitchen worktop in a miniature room, among dishes and provisions in a dollhouse setting.
- 1:20: As a storage vessel on a low shelf in a rural architectural model kitchen with simple everyday furnishings.
- 1:22,5: On a table in a small garden railway station dining room scene, ready for a quiet break near the station.
- 1:24: As a kitchen jug on a sideboard in a dollhouse, or as a simple vessel on the table in a ship diorama.
