The climbing ivy plant by MyPortal Studios brings trailing greenery to dioramas, landscape models, and individually designed miniature settings. This unpainted decorative item is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35, and can be planned as a leafy accent in a range of model-making scenes.
A sturdy main stem branches into several curved shoots densely covered with characteristic ivy leaves. A thickened base is visible at the bottom, resembling a root or attachment point. The trailing silhouette works well as greenery on walls, masonry, or other parts of a miniature landscape.
Depending on the scale, the ivy plant can be placed in a range of scenes. These suggestions offer a few possible uses:
- 1:18: As trailing greenery on an old courtyard wall in a garage diorama, near a gate or building corner.
- 1:20: As greenery on the back wall of an overgrown architectural model setting, beside a window or masonry projection.
