The ground-planted sago palm from MyPortal Studios adds a striking accent to dioramas and landscape models. Its fan-shaped fronds make it a suitable miniature plant for overgrown ground, dense vegetation and naturalistic settings. This decorative object is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35.
Several sturdy stems grow from a flat, flared base. The stems support widely fanned palm fronds with narrow, tapering leaves. Its sculpted, stylized shape evokes a sago palm and can be featured as an individual plant accent or among denser vegetation.
Depending on the scale, the palm can enhance a variety of model settings. The following suggestions offer ideas for scenes and placement:
- 1:18: As an exotic focal point at the edge of a tropical ship diorama, near a suggested shoreline.
- 1:20: In an architectural model as a standalone plant beside the entrance to a modern garden pavilion.
