This single fern plant with finely detailed fronds brings natural vegetation to dioramas, landscape models and miniature settings. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35 and can be used as a green focal point or as an additional plant detail in a variety of model-building settings.
The fern features a slender, upright central stem with numerous fronds spreading out to the sides. Its narrow, clearly segmented leaflets form a silhouette that tapers slightly toward the top. At the base, the plant widens subtly into a conical shape. This makes it a distinctive piece of vegetation that can enliven an open area in a landscape setting or complement denser planting.
Depending on the scale, the fern can complement a variety of model-building scenes. Here are some ideas for placing it:
