This stylized fern plant with its characteristic fronds adds a natural accent to dioramas and model-building scenes. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35 and can be used as greenery in a variety of miniature settings.
The fern frond consists of a long, upright central stem with numerous regularly arranged side fronds. The densely divided leaflets point slightly upward and are sculpted in relief, giving the plant a clearly defined outline even at small scales. A short, conical root base at the bottom makes it easy to place in a scene of your own design.
These scales offer a range of options for incorporating the fern into suitable model-building settings:
- 1:18: As lush greenery at the edge of a garage diorama, beside the driveway or a weathered corner of a wall.
- 1:20: In an architectural model as a garden plant at the base of a building facade or beside a narrow path.
