The decorative plate stand by MyPortal Studios is a small furnishing accessory for atmospheric dioramas and detailed model-making interiors. The unpainted object is offered in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35 and adds a homely accent to a miniature table, kitchen or display cabinet.
A large, flat plate rests slightly raised between two side supports on a rectangular base. The plate's wavy rim and subtly textured surface give the piece a decorative, neatly crafted appearance. As a compact miniature home accessory, the plate stand can enliven an empty surface on a sideboard, shelf or dresser.
Depending on the scale, the decorative piece can be placed in different model-making settings. The following ideas offer inspiration for suitable scenes:
- 1:18: As a focal point on a sideboard in a miniature room in a collector's display case.
- 1:20: On a shelf in an architectural model kitchen, beside other suggested living areas.
