MyPortal Studios’ bird-of-paradise plant adds a striking botanical accent to dioramas, model-building settings, and miniature scenes. This decorative piece is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35, and can be incorporated into a variety of designed settings depending on the scale.
The stylized bird-of-paradise plant features long, pointed leaves growing in a fan from a dense cluster of foliage. A compact, angular flower spike sits among the upper leaves. The small round base forms the foot of the plant and makes it easy to place on a decorated surface or in a planter. Its clearly defined shape makes this tropical plant motif easy to recognize, even in a densely arranged scene.
The different scales offer a range of ways to use the bird-of-paradise plant as a focal point or as part of a lushly planted setting:
