The compact agave plant adds distinctive vegetation to dioramas, landscape models, and other model scenes. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35 and can be used as an eye-catching focal point or as part of a designed outdoor setting.
The design depicts an agave with long, fleshy-looking leaves arranged in a rosette. They fan outward and upward from the slightly raised center; their pointed tips and clearly defined leaf teeth give the model plant its characteristic, rugged silhouette. Its compact shape stands out against low ground cover and broad areas of vegetation.
Depending on the scale, the agave can enhance different model worlds. Here are a few ideas for where to place it:
