The round picnic table by MyPortal Studios adds a distinctive place to relax to dioramas and model-making scenes. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35 and can be incorporated into a variety of garden, park, and outdoor settings.
The wide, flat tabletop has a subtly rounded edge and sits on a central cylindrical column. Spokes radiating outward form the base. Its clean, functional design works well as a picnic, bistro, or garden table and suits both modern and timeless miniature scenes.
Depending on the scale, the table can become a gathering spot in different locations within a model setting:
- 1:18: As a garden table beside a small seating area in a garage diorama, complemented by a landscaped display.
- 1:20: As a bistro table in a street diorama, near a modeled building facade.
- 1:22,5: As a picnic table beside a path in a garden railway landscape, perhaps at the edge of a station scene.
- 1:24: As a table in a miniature garden beside a dollhouse, with room for a small outdoor scene.
- 1:32: As a rest stop beside a country road in a landscape diorama, near a tractor model.
- 1:35: As a garden table at the edge of a workshop scene, incorporated into a vehicle diorama with an outdoor area.
