The decorative street post from MyPortal Studios adds a striking boundary or design feature along a path, street, or square in dioramas and model settings. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35 and can be incorporated into a variety of miniature worlds.
The tall, slender post has a cylindrical shaft and a slightly tapered base. Ring-shaped decorative and transition details divide the shaft; a short finial topped with a sphere completes the design. Its solid, clearly defined shape works as a street post or as a decorative feature in a landscaped setting.
Depending on the scale, the post can be incorporated into different model-building scenes. Here are a few specific placement ideas:
- 1:18: As a boundary along a paved driveway in a garage diorama, beside the workshop entrance.
- 1:20: As a path marker in an architectural model, at the transition between the sidewalk and a landscaped forecourt.
