The plastic barrel with lid from MyPortal Studios adds a distinctive storage container to warehouse, workshop and industrial dioramas. This decorative object is suitable for model making and miniature scenes in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35.
The cylindrical shape features a smooth wall with a reinforcing band around the middle. Reinforced rings at the top and bottom emphasize the container’s sturdy appearance. Rectangular cutouts, a locking collar and a small carrying handle are visible on the lid. The functional industrial design suits storage and work areas.
Depending on the scale, the barrel can be placed in a variety of model-making settings:
- 1:18: Beside a workbench in a garage diorama, it complements a scene centered on maintenance and repairs.
- 1:20: In an architectural model, it can stand by the entrance to a small warehouse as a visible storage container.
- 1:22,5: For a garden railway scene, consider placing it on a loading platform at the station.
