The U-shaped pipeline with supports from MyPortal Studios adds a distinctive infrastructure element to industrial facilities, streetscapes and architectural models. The long pipe section is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35 and can be used as a focal point or as part of a larger model-making scene.
The design consists of two vertical supports carrying a horizontal pipe connection. Curved 90-degree bends form the top; visible sockets and connecting rings break up the individual pipe sections. Flat mounting flanges at the base of the supports reinforce the impression of a permanently installed industrial pipe. Its clearly recognizable U-shape and stepped pipe details add a technical accent to the setting.
Depending on the scale, the pipe section can serve different purposes in a model-making scene. These suggestions show possible placements:
- 1:18: In a garage diorama, as a utility pipe running along the back wall of a spacious workshop setting.
- 1:20: In an architectural model, as a technical feature beside a low industrial building or along a paved service road.
- 1:22,5: In a garden railway landscape, as a pipe at the edge of a small industrial site, near a goods shed or industrial yard.
- 1:24: In a dollhouse or miniature room, as a prominent detail in a workshop setting, for example on a clear section of wall.
- 1:32: In a Gauge 1 landscape, as part of the infrastructure of a rural facility, placed beside an agricultural building.
- 1:35: In a workshop scene, as pipework on the exterior wall of an industrial building, suited to a vehicle diorama.
