The miniature utility pole with three insulators adds a distinctive detail to dioramas and model settings featuring power supplies and overhead lines. The model is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35, and can be planned into a variety of street, landscape, and architectural models.
The slender, round pole carries a long crossarm with three clearly ribbed insulators. A diagonal support brace, brackets, and visible bolts give the design its technical appearance. The carefully detailed shapes and surfaces make the pole a striking focal point, for example at the edge of a road or as part of a depicted power line network.
The following scale examples show how the utility pole can fit into different model worlds:
