The concrete utility pole with a side-mounted transformer adds a distinctive infrastructure feature to dioramas and model-making settings. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35, and can complete the look of roadside scenes, landscapes or built-up settings.
The cylindrical pole supports a side-mounted transformer and a top crossarm with three rounded high-voltage insulators and a central cap. Diagonal braces, additional ribbed insulators and visible wire and mounting details define its technical silhouette. The concrete is shown with a textured surface; the design combines a pole and electrical equipment into a detailed focal point.
Depending on the scale, the utility pole can be incorporated into a variety of model-making settings. These ideas show possible scenes and placements:
- 1:18: As a prominent utility feature at the edge of a garage diorama, beside a driveway or small workshop setting.
- 1:20: In an architectural model as part of a streetscape, where buildings meet open countryside.
- 1:22,5: As a technical detail in a garden railway landscape, for example beside a path near a station scene.
- 1:24: At the edge of an RC crawler diorama, beside a modeled driveway through rocky or rural scenery.
