The cylindrical concrete utility pole from MyPortal Studios adds a technical detail of overhead power distribution to dioramas and model-making settings. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35, and works as a focal point along roadsides, in urban scenes or across a model landscape.
A long crossarm with three ribbed insulators sits on the pole. Two diagonal braces visibly support the structure, while bolts, brackets and other connectors add to the technical detail. Its cylindrical shape and modeled concrete surface give the utility pole a straightforward, functional appearance.
Depending on the scale, the pole can be added to a variety of model-making settings. These suggestions show possible scenes and placements:
- 1:18: As roadside infrastructure at the edge of a garage diorama, beside a driveway or workshop grounds.
- 1:20: In an architectural model of a small town, at a street corner between low-rise buildings and the sidewalk.
- 1:22,5: As part of a garden railway landscape, along a rural road at the edge of a station scene.
- 1:24: In a dollhouse setting with an outdoor area, placed beside a small street in front of the buildings.
- 1:32: For a landscape diorama with a tractor model, at the transition between a farm track and a homestead.
