The low lattice gate from MyPortal Studios adds a distinctive entrance to garden scenes, courtyards and other outdoor dioramas. It works as a focal point or to define a model-building setting and is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35.
The rectangular gate features a sturdy outer frame with numerous vertical lattice bars and a horizontal crossbar. Side hinges and a detailed handle with lock hardware emphasize its gate-like form. The small ground stakes help position it in a landscaped base; the regular lattice pattern adds a distinct accent to the scene.
Depending on the scale, the gate can be incorporated into a variety of model-building worlds. The following suggestions show specific placement options:
- 1:18: As an entrance to a small courtyard in a garage diorama, beside the driveway where it meets the garden.
- 1:20: As an enclosure around a property in an architectural model, along a garden path between the house and front garden.
- 1:22,5: As a gate to an allotment garden beside a garden railway, right next to a small path through the landscape scene.
- 1:24: As an entrance to a dollhouse garden, at the end of a gravel path in front of a small patio.
- 1:32: As a courtyard gate beside a rural building in a landscape diorama, at the edge of a tractor yard.
- 1:35: As an entrance to an enclosed garden in a workshop scene, between the building wall and a planted border.
You will receive an unpainted physical model-building piece designed by MyPortal Studios, not an STL download. The gate is not a toy. The suggested settings and other scene accessories are not included.
